Manufacturer’s Guarantee
All our upholstered bed frames come with a 2 year manufacturer guarantee and the mattresses come with a 3 year guarantee. Please note in order to claim against the guarantee on any product you must keep the original purchase receipt, if no receipt can be provided we will not be able to assist any further.
In the unlikely case where you believe to have identified a manufacturing fault, the product must be subject to Elliots Beds guarantee and you must report the fault within 7 days from the delivery date. You will have the option to receive a refund for the price of the faulty product or a like for like replacement; this will be at the managers discretion. We will require photographic or video evidence of the faulty parts. If we confirm that the product has a manufacturing fault and is hence covered by this guarantee, at our sole discretion, we have the right to:
* Replace parts rather than the full product where applicable
* Replace the defective product with the same product or, if discontinued, the closest possible alternative
* Post the replacement parts or the replaced product back to you
If you accept a discount due to a small fault, the right to return due to this issue will be voided
Elliots Beds will endeavour to organise replacements where required as quickly as possible, but customers should be aware of possible delays if third party suppliers need further instructions
If you experience a problem after 30 days you must notify us via email with the original purchase receipt and images of the problem, we will then assess the issue and if we need we may ask for you to return the product to us at your own cost for us to investigate the issue. If we find the problem as a result of poor workmanship or a faulty product within your item then we will rectify this and refund you of any postage costs you incurred to return the product. Please note if the item is discontinued we will give you a like for like replacement or you can choose a different product with a similar price. However if we find the issue was a result of mis-use or general wear and tear then this is not covered under the guarantee and you would need to arrange collection of the item at your own expense.
